Chocolate Walnut Scones

•1 3/4 cups flour
•2 tablespoons baking powder
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/4 cup stevia baking blend
•1 package fermalife
•1/2 cup cubed cold butter
•2 eggs
•1/3 cup milk
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•1 cup milk chocolate chips
•1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In large bowl add dry ingredients.
3. Cut in the butter with back of fork just until crumbly.
4. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla.
5. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Stir until combined.
6. Stir in the milk chocolate chips and walnuts.
7. Turn dough onto floured flat surface and form into 8 inch circle.
8. Place on lined baking sheet, Using a sharp knife cut into 8 triangles.
9. Bake approximately 13-15 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
10. Let cool completely & Enjoy!

Coconut Cream Dream Bars

•1/2tsp salt
•1/2c agave syrup
• 2tbsp cornstarch
•1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cookie Bar Base

•2c Oat Flour
•1/3c melted coconut oil
•1/4c agave syrup
•1tsp almond extract
•1 packet Fermalife

Chocolate Topping Layer

•1/3c melted coconut oil
•2tbsp peanut butter
•1/4c chocolate chips
•1 packet Fermalife
•1/4c chopped walnuts

Chocolate Covered Berries Overnight Oats

•2 cups Rolled oats
•2 cups milk…plant or dairy
•2 cups mixed berries
•1 cup vanilla yogurt … plant or dairy
•4 T. Chia seeds
•4 T. Maple syrup … or agave or honey
•2 T. Cacao powder
•2 packets Fermalife Natural Cocoa
•1 tsp. Cinnamon
•1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
1. Add oats and milk to bowl, stir well.
2. Add remaining ingredients except berries to bowl, stirring after each addition.
3. Add berries to bottoms of 4 mason jars.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of oat mixture in each jar.
5. Add a layer of of berries on top of the oats mixture.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of oat mixture in each jar.
7. Top each jar with a few more berries.
8. Seal jars and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
9. Wake up and breakfast is done!

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Parfaits

•2 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
•1 cup Greek Yogurt
•3/4 teaspoon Stevia
•1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
•1 packet Fermalife
•8 Graham Crackers
•1 pint fresh Raspberries
•*12 mini dessert glasses*

Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine Cream Cheese, Yogurt, Stevia, Vanilla and Fermalife.
2. Using hand mixer blend on low 1 minute, then on high for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Set aside.
3. Finely crush Graham Crackers in a large baggie using rolling pin.
4. Place heaping Tablespoon of crushed Graham Crackers in bottom of each glass.
5. Spoon in Cheesecake filling to the top of each glass.
6. Place on cookie sheet pan and refrigerate 2 hours.
7. Top with raspberries before serving.

Pecan Double Chocolate Muffins

•2 packets Natural Cocoa Fermalife
•1 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
•1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
•1/2 tsp Salt
•1/4 c Baking Stevia
•3 Tbsp Egg substitute
•1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•3/4 c Unsweetened Coconut Almond Milk
•1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
•1/4 c Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions:
1. Reserve pecans and chocolate chips.
2. Combine and whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Whisk dry mixture into wet mixture.
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. Spoon in to baking cups.
6. Sprinkle with pecans
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 20 minutes.

Energy Protein Bites

•1 tbsp honey

Vegan Yogurt Popsicle

• 2 cups vegan Greek coconut yogurt
• 1 cup chopped fruit (like strawberries and blueberries!)
• 1 packet Fermalife powder
• 2 tsp maple syrup (to taste) OR vegan honey (healthier option)

Directions:
1.Combine and Mix all ingredients well.
2. Pour into popsicle molds.

Strawberry Almond Smoothie
• 8 oz Almond Milk
• 1 Packet of Fermalife
• 1 cup strawberries
• 2 tbsp Almond Butter
• Almonds, optional
• Ice, if needed

Directions:
Add strawberries, Fermalife packet, and almond butter into blender. Add ice if needed. For a more nutty smoothie, add a handful of almonds. Pour in almond milk slowly. Blend & Enjoy!

 

Minty Fresh Chocolate Smoothie
• 1 Banana (Frozen Preferred)
• 1 cup Mint
• 2 cup Spinach
• 3 Dates
• 1 cup Almond Milk
• 1 Packet of Fermalife
• 5-10 Ice cubes or as needed

Directions:
Soak dates in water to soften before blending. Once soft, blend with with packet of fermalife for about 5 seconds. Add mint, spinach, bananas, almond milk and ice cubes until desired consistency. If too thick, add more almond milk. Enjoy! 🙂

 
Chocolate Vegan Truffles
• 1/2 cup almonds
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
• 5 pitted Medjool dates
• 1 Packet of Fermalife
• Dash of Sea Salt

Directions:
In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until it forms a thick paste or in a ball form. Add in almonds, walnuts, the packet of Fermalife, sea salt and agave. Pulse until mixture is combined well. Take dough out of the processor and place in a bowl. In the bowl, scoop out 1 tbsp of the dough and roll into a ball. Coat or dust truffle with cocoa powder. Enjoy & Share!

 

Almond & Avocado Smoothie
• 1/2 Avocado
• 1 ½ cup Almond Milk
• 1 Whole Banana (Frozen Preferred)
• 5 to 10 Ice Cubes
• 1 Packet of Fermalife

Directions:
